HOW TO BUY:
1. THE QUICKEST way to purchase an item through our online shop is to use APPLE PAY. We've learned from previous purchasers that they've been able to check out in less than 60 seconds by using this method. Make sure your Apply Pay information is up today including your billing and shipping address. We accept PayPal as well.
2. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AHEAD OF TIME - Give your credit card company a heads up that you may be making a purchase (out of state) for a larger amount than normal. This will help to avoid your transaction being flagged as fraud and declined.
3. Open our website shop about two minutes before 9am PT / 12pm ET and continually refresh your browser until the painting items become available for purchase. Although, we set the timer on our website to go live at 9am PT / 12pm ET, we've found out that it is not always exact. Sometimes it will show up a minute early -- sometimes it will be a minute late (sometimes it will be right on time).
4. If you don't use Apple Pay, try typing out your credit card information ahead of time and use the 'Copy' function so that you can 'Paste' it when it's time to check out.
5. Use AutoFill. Using Autofill on your computer browser will fill in your billing/shipping information quickly, so you can check out and receive confirmation before others.
6. Adding an item to your shopping cart DOES NOT RESERVE IT. You must fully check out and pay to reserve the item. Too often do we hear about collectors who try to purchase three paintings at once, then try to check out only to find them all unavailable.
7. Try to purchase one ITEM, first! Fully check out and pay, then head back to our website shop to try and buy your second, third, or fourth choices. This will increase your chance of getting at least one painting. **Most likely your number one pick will be many other's number one pick. Maybe try going after your second or third choice, first?
8. Allow 2-3 weeks max for shipping (most will go out within two weeks). We are not Amazon, give us some time to get your order out.
9. Follow us on Social Media. We share a majority of the Black Friday paintings available on our Instagram Account before we post them on our website (www.instagram.com/maxwellalexandergallery). We will make the full preview available publicly on our website 30 minutes before on November 28th. But you can see the majority of it over the next week @maxwellalexandergallery on Instagram and Facebook.
